Additionally, by using feedback from our clients as well as their policyholders throughout the over 20 years we have been in business, we were able to implement a very easy-to-use online account system for borrowers that lets them log on, check their account status, and even make a payment right from their computer or internet-capable mobile device (very handy for truckers who may not have access to their mail or a computer!).
